Alito's a shooter

Posted by David Hardy · 14 January 2006 09:34 AM

At least he pops clay pigeons. (Via The Bitch Girls),

Also from TBGs--Illinois has a paperwork tie up that's preventing processsing Firearm Owner ID cards (i.e., gun possession permits) before their renewal date. Possession of a gun without the permit is a felony. Altho the lack of permits is the government's fault, the most they're saying is that law enforcement will have discretion whether to arrest.

I think we may have a solid stealth pro-gun candidate heading for the Supreme Court. The article says he's a 'marksman,' meaning he's spent quite some time on the range.

You hear a lot of things when you spend a lot of time on a range, things that make an educated person think about the entire meaning of an issue, and not just absorb only the propangada sound-bites of a topic.

Perhaps when he wrote Rybar he knew much more than he could let on in a Third Court decision.

Snicker...I hope VPC's Josh Sugarmann loses a lot of sleep in the next few years from Justice Alito. That little whiner deserves it.
