It's been there for well over a year. It seems that since the NRAs interference case has died, time to pay attention to the one that is well crafted and might have a chance.

This newer, more elegant, easier to read page has been up only recently, and contains newer pleadings than the older page it replaces.

In fact, it is completely up to date as of today's (August 4) filing. As requested by the Court, the parties have filed two sets of motions regarding the case's future. The motions are now complete.

Now, we wait.
