Rest in peace, Judge Roll

Story here. I've been in front of him a goodly number of times, and he was a good judge, probably the fairest one I've ever been before. He did believe that there was "law" that existed outside of his own policy choices, and that he must search for and be governed by it. I believe he was the first judge to strike down the Brady Act mandate that State officials run the system (without compensation and whether they wanted to or not).
I remember you making a note of this judge in the past. This is a shame that this happened and unlawful murder is just that, murder. My heart goes out to the victims families who are without question suffering the loss of a loved one.
I want to make a point of saying that it would be a slap in the faces to all Americans that have lost a loved one and the ones who are murder victims. To have any members of congress present new gun bills as if average Americans don't count but some Americans who are deemed a high place in the food chain, warrant new laws.
Dancing in the blood of the victims is not the right thing to do. At once and with the speed of light when the news of the murders were known, antigun folks were putting the blame of these senseless murders on Sara Palin and the Tea Party. This is so over the top it's shocking to see such conduct to advance a political agenda by slandering decent Americans.
