Colo. Ct of Appeals rules in favor of on-campus carry

News story here. It appears that the Court of Appeals ruled that the Statewide pre-emption statute covered universities, and requires that CCW permittees be allowed to carry.

Now to see what happens with the Colorado State University system, which I think is being sued by Rocky Mountain Gun Owners.

My read of the opinion is that the UC system can't ban CCW permit holders, but that the claim about the ban on guns on campus in general for non-permittees is remanded to the district court with a higher standard of review.
