Strange new phraseology by the author - “own and operate” guns. OK, but “keep and bear” might be more traditional.

Does the author insinuate that female pharmacists not allowed to dispense schedule II drugs?
I also know women that drive 40 ton 18 wheelers.
God created man/women but Samuel Colt made them equal.

I was trying to stick as closely as possible to the thoughts uttered by the speakers. Even though I am a HUGE gun advocate, I was trying my absolute best to report without bias.
