WOW, I didn't realize that the UK had some cops that carried guns and some that didn't. "Firearms officers have discharged their weapons"

But . . . but . . . but . . . there aren't any guns in London?!?! Right? I mean, just outlawing all the guns solved that whole problem, didn't it.

London has one of the highest violent crime rates in Europe. I read yesterday that one in five Britons has been the victim of a violent crime.
