The technical branch has an opening, only for in-house promotion. GS-14 pay is mighty nice, esp. in Martinsburg.

GS-14 is nice. But non-supervisory GS-15 is better, and I'm working on it!

For that matter, it doesn't even specify you can find some unspecified portion of your anatomy with both hands.
