FIREARMS LAW SEMINAR
The National Firearms Law Seminar is held annually, and attended by over 300 pro-gun attorneys. Presenters have included Steve Halbrook, David Kopel, Don Kates, David Hardy, Bob Sanders, Ev Nappan and Nelson Lund. Attendees are trained in Second Amendment developments, bringing pro-gun cases, defending FFLs facing revocation, restoring gun rights, protecting shooting ranges against lawsuits, creating pro-gun nonprofits, and other topics. Its purpose is to educate attorney around the country in the skills they will need to serve gun owners, their shooting ranges, and their firearm dealers.
In addition to chairing the Seminar itself, Carol chairs its steering committee, which meets several times a year to plan the next Seminar. The Steering Committee is now planning the 2010 seminar, to be held at Charlottte, N.C.
