ACR Rifle

An interesting rifle. Modular design, so it can quickly be switched between calibers and chamberings.

Hat tip to reader David McCleary...

Comments

I sent the link off to my son, the REAL gun nut in the family, and he had some really scathing comments about personally observed failures of Bushmaster QC.

OTOH, he has a Noveske AR, so cost is no object to him.

Money quote: " If you only shoot a couple hundred rounds a year at beer cans with your buddies using .223 remington (rather than 5.56mm NATO which is a different SAMI spec for pressure), a Bushmaster (or Olympic, or DPMS, or any of the other hobby gun makers) will probably be fine."
