I did a charity search at irs.gov for them and it did not get a match - so I don’t have a EIN or proof that they are actually a 501c3 charity.

looks like there is an update already. a for-profit anti-gun corporation?
what do they sell?

You don't have to make money to enjoy corporate status. The interesting thing is whether or not Clear Channel and Interstate know they just donated billboards to a for-profit corporation.

Aint this a can of worms?
Isn't there a limit to how much a company can spend on electioneering?
Did the two companies think they were donating to a charitable org?
Are these companies willing to alienate their customers' customers?
This may be fun to watch develop.
