When is the NYT going to point out that the Mayor of New York has as much authority to carry out sting operations in SC,GA,PA as I do? My level of authority being exactly zero; or is it? Perhaps I'll start using the "Bloomberg Defense". Next time a cop pulls me over, I'll inform him that I'm carrying out a sting operation to see if there are any LEO impersonators handing out tickets.
