This segment is taken from the middle of the 14th Amendment (1868, forbidding States to deprive persons of the privileges and immunities of American citizenship) section, coming after the Amendment's history (which arose out of attempts to disarm blacks and Union war veterans).

Just a reminder--this is purely first draft. Narration was recorded in my office, not a sound studio, and with no practice. I also have to film two more people, to smooth out transitions. It's just to see if the concept holds together. If you'd like to contribute (I need to hire an audio specialist and make two more filming trips), just return to armsandthelaw.com and look up the paypal logo on the left margin.
