I wonder if the parents could have been prosecuted if AZ had the same "Safe Storage" laws that California has.

I’m impressed the teen managed to act so quickly. That’s a lot of tough decisions to make in such a short time. It’s really good to see the police officer (Holmes) back him up, as well.
