Yeah....VERY old. I recall a state representative from New York had actually proposed legislation to ban these sights. Then he learned that it was a big joke after he had already proposed the law.

what's really funny is the city council down in north or south carolina that got angry, said it was aimed at black gangbangers and had a council meeting to "outlaw" the sights then somebody stood up and informed the council it was all satire--main blowhard was REALLY pisssed then-with no where to retreat to--i know birdman was wearing a smile then

It was the Richmond City Council in 2001.

The council is no smarter ten years later.
