Amicus brief on carry bans

Right here. It's in People v. Aguilar, pending in the Illinois Supreme Court, principal author is Prof. Michael O'Shea, co-counsel are David Kopel and Nicholas Johnson.

Pretty clear and convincing, but I suspect not so much so to courts in Illinois.
