Suit challenges MA ban on legal aliens' gun ownership

Commonwealth Second Amendment and Second Amendment Foundation are challenging the Massachusetts' statute that bars legal aliens from purchasing firearms, and from possessing most types of the same. The complaint is here.

To emphasize just how insane Massachusetts' gun laws are, note that these same legal aliens could obtain a Massachusetts non-resident license to carry firearms if they were residents of another state, but are out of luck since they were foolish enough to settle down here.

Ken: realize what you said, they probably should not be allowed to have a firearm because they demonstrated a lack of mental acuity be settling there :) Now for the rest of the people in that state :)
