open carriers given flak in MI

Posted by David Hardy · 18 June 2010 09:50 PM

Apparently, the Ass't Chief of Police of Marysville (MI) hasn't heard that open carry is legal in his State.

Hat tip to Justin Martin of GeorgiaCarry.org.

Kind of like Rosa Parks. We need a few good people to stand up for our rights or we will be forever on the back of the bus.

I think the most important thing about OC isn't the firearms rights aspect; it's a reminder to all concerend that the police do NOT own the interpretation of the law.

Sue. Police like these should be funding the open carry movement. Who the hell do they think they are?
