McDonald v. Chicago oral argument set
In contrast, Heller was argued March 18, 2008, and decided on June 26 -- I think it was the last decision of the Term, but I might be wrong. The really controversial ones come down last, probably because the opinions (and dissents, and answers to dissents) are more difficult to write. This may be easier than Heller, which was the breakthru case.

This one may be harder. There are a few issues from 1872 to sort out...
I'm betting final day of term - which I haven't yet been able to discern exactly and I happen to need to know what day that is.

Heller was definitely the final day of decisions. I remember it vividly ...

Maybe the Justices just want more time to study up on the issues surrounding the case? I know I would.
Same could easily be true of Heller.
