Sacramento residents shaking in their boots
Story here. The Sheriff has approved 37 carry permits this year, and a Brady Campaign spokesman worries that this "would not make us safer and could actually increase gun violence in Sacramento County..."
Comments
Wouldn't have anything to do with enforcing the BoR... Nope...

Well, this is a very dangerous situation! If that can happen in Sacramento, my God, it could happen anywhere in CA! Oh, the horror!

One trusts that he's been careful to issue only to residents of his county.
A previous sheriff didn't (significant contributions to his reelection campaign being sufficient justification...until he got caught issuing to residents of other counties), and got his hand slapped.
