The Fourteenth Amendment is redundant to the Supremacy Clause of Article VI, Clause 2 and to the Preamble to the Constitution (the intent).

I installed Statcounter.com webcounter yesterday to my blog. Today, it shows that my blog was visited by someone at the Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington, Maryland and by someone at the U.S. Department of Transportation in Washington, DC. Hmmmmm.
