Crossbow assault

Story here. "Police said alcohol fueled the incident." No kidding -- the argument was over whether a dog was a pit bull or a lab.

There you go, there is the only gun regulation we need. Have the person answer this one simple multiple choice question before finishing the gun purchase (replaces NICS):

[Picture of a full grown black lab]

What breed of dog is this?
A. pit bull
b. lab
c. I'm too drunk to tell
d. That's a picture of a cat

sigh... just another american crossbow thats destined to wind up in mexican drug cartel hands.

If that crossbow did wind up south of the border, would they change the color of the arrow's fletchings to a more colorful motif?

Lets play pint the tail on the donkey. I say its one of two reasons that this crime was committed:
1, This idiot is a product of the government school system.
2, Another example of not controlling the border.
