Can you believe that they're rolling back California's draconian gun laws one at a time? And they're having a blast doing it.

Rolling Back? Yes in some cases. But in this case we're just teaching law enforcement what has been the law since 1968 (thanks Gov. Reagan :( ) When PC 12031(loaded ban) and 626.9 (school zone) fall that will be a glorious roll back!!!
