Georgia Carry sues Atlanta mass transit
Story here. The legislature last year passed an act that allows carry on mass transit, by persons with a firearms permit. So this fellow got on the MARTA system with a firearm and a firearm permit, and still was detained for half an hour. Here's GCO's webpage, with a press release on this and other lawsuits.

Too bad the individuals responsible (the transit police OFFICERS, the managers at MARTA, etc) won't be held responsible when MARTA pays out. It's the people who pay taxes and fares that will get stuck holding the bill.

MARTA is probably going to have their butts handed to them. And GA Carry has been extremely effective.
GA law authorizes "carry" ... not "concealed carry."
This is reason to pursue "carry" laws rather than strictly "concealed" carry ... it is just way too easy to print or expose a muzzle, or something. And way too much worry, too.
