Lawsuit in PA

Posted by David Hardy · 19 December 2008 06:45 PM

Filed against Delaware County, which apparently takes the view that if it ever lays hands on a gun, it takes a court order to get it back. It takes a lawsuit? Be careful what you wish for, as sometimes you get it.

Why is it that we see far too many cases where government parasites cheat people of their Constitutional rights. Forcing the "crime victim citizen" to have to fight them in court to get justice. Where the government parasite doesn't spend one red cent of their own money. If they lose and an additional lawsuit is filed for damages the citizens lose again being they foot the bill to settle the damages that the government parasite caused by not following the laws. This fast and lose twisting of laws to cheat decent citizens needs to start costing these parasites their jobs and their money. If the people are to have the courts work for them, for justice.

The local range charges $10 per half-hour to rent a gun. Seems like Delaware county should pay at least that much - $480/day per gun would take the sting off.

Dustydog you're comment in right on. This amounts to, "We took your guns away, now I hope you have enough money to secure your Constitituional right to protect yourself back."
