No Heller op today

They issued ops in three other cases. Seven left, I think.

But the Court announced more opinions Wednesday at 10:00AM and the speculation is that, because there are 7 left, there will also be another opinion day Thursday.
From the March sitting, all the opinions are out but Heller. Good news, the only justice without a majority opinion from March is Scalia! Also, Scalia has done only 5 so far so he is due for a few more - grin.
Or so says SCOTUS blog anyhow. Let's hope Scalia has, and was able to hold, a majority!
