Right here. At least I think so. On dialup I can't do very much to watch video.

Very sad that the government would ruin your life because of a gun's malfunction that did no harm.

I own a semi-auto Colt LE6920 AR. Perfectly legal. But it still has Colt's meaningless stamping on the receiver "For Military And Law Enforcement Use Only", which they kept putting on after the AW ban expired. I always carry two documents with me (one from Colt, one from BATF) documenting the gun's legality. But who knows, maybe I'll be on CNN next...

I uploaded a smaller MPEG-4 version to Megashare. It is lower quality, however.

It seems that the guy was convicted because of bad jury instructions. The judge basically accepted the ATFs jury instructions which omitted the scienter requirement from Staples. And Staples is a well known case outside of gun circles, so I'm surprised they would miss something like that.

And this report was on CNN?

It's like waking up in an alternate universe where CNN actually supports the second amendment.

Wouldn't it be nice to punish the person or persons that are responsible for this getting this far instead of the individual that is in the "light" of this misinformed, misguided, mistaken investigation?
