What?! I'm sorry, I *have* to just quickly decend to "Papers please." I'm being too lazy to check the ACLU website (actually busy at work) but thought that there were already SCOTUS decisions covering this. Or was the fact that he was "trespassing" by being there after hours reason enough for him to have to show id?
