American Shooters & Hunters Ass'n ... backs Obama

Posted by David Hardy · 16 April 2008 12:23 PM

I've mentioned ASHA before, as a "false flag" group, bankrolled by lord knows who to serve as a supposedly pro-gun group, but staffed by antigunners. ASHA nicely shows its true colors by endorsing Obama. I guess Hillary was just too pro-gun for them.

How is ASHA getting its money? Well, I found this $65,000 grant from a foundation with no connection to shooting or to hunting.

This looks like its straight out of The Onion in fact all the articles accompanying are just as strange.

Well, gee. Isn't that something.

Thanks for the pointer, David. I believe that for all but the most naive or deceitful among us, the ASHA has been fully exposed for what they are.

I am not much of a Bible guy, but there are some profound truths in the Bible, including one from St. Matthew:

"By their fruits ye shall know them."

Gun owners would have to be crazy to voter for either of these Democrats.

They were exposed about 4 years ago as being a DCS Congressional run operation (DCS Congressional is a media operation that is part of DLC) to provide a smokescreen for anti-gun Democrats.

The domain registry and the staff were all DLC people before 2005, but the internets never forget.

And their money flow perfectly matches the theory that they are a Democrat run false-flag operation.

Look at ARCA's board of directors. Two names stick out. It is co-run by Smith Bagley and his daughter Nancy, prominent Clinton insiders and long time Democratic Party fund-raisers.

From an article bragging about how progressives are winning...
" Nancy Reynolds Bagley looks like a pretty good guess. The daughter of Democratic fund-raiser Smith Bagley and stepdaughter of Elizabeth Bagley, Bill Clinton's ambassador to Portugal (and a formidable socialite in her own right), Nancy is known for the bipartisanship of her guest lists. But as a committed and connected Democrat, there's no doubt that last fall's results have upped the value of her hand. She's close with Nancy Pelosi--a "fashion leader," according to the New York Times--and California Senator Barbara Boxer, among other newly powerful Democratic women.

Bagley spent two years in the '90s working on the Clinton health plan, then switched gears to take over the editorship of the society magazine Washington Life from her mother, Vicki. She skillfully parlayed the job into a position as one of the leading hostesses of Washington's younger generation. "She's got the list, and the list is all," says Washington Times gossip columnist Kevin Chaffee. "When you go to her parries, you see people who will make it worth your while to go." With Democrats now in control, that's more true than ever."

The rest seem to be a non-shocking list of progressive/commie/liberal people who run
Stephen Cobble is a progressive activist/lobbyist.
Margery Tabankin seems to manage various liberal trusts for a living including something for Stephen Spielberg and something for Barbara Streissand.
Donna Edwards is a relatively minor Democrat politician and party activist.
Janet Shenk is associated with various labor/union groups and has progressive/commie tendencies in general. She is a buddy of Saul Alinksy, another Hitlery mentor.

The remainder seem to be people who are friends of influential people or who probably gave a lot of money. Sklar is a wealthy wine guy from Northern California and the remaining Bagley woman is obviously related to the notable ones.
