"In Search of the Second Amendment" at Los Angeles area film festival

Posted by David Hardy · 30 March 2008 08:44 PM

My documentary film (if you want one, see the left margin) will air at the Backlot Film Festival in Culver City CA (west part of L.A.) this Saturday at 10 AM. Tickets are only $5, and if you're in that area, I'd encourage you to attend. There's a chance the media will pick it up, and that increases if there is a sizeable attendance.

I just had the pleasure of viewing your documentary yesterday evening, having recently purchased a copy from the JFPO. I watched it back to back with their own documentary "The Gang", about the BATFE. It made for a nice double feature. I have recently read Stephen Halbrook's THAT EVERY MAN BE ARMED, and Kleck and Kate's book ARMED, but your documentary was a wonderful refresher. The AV editing in parts leaves something to be desired, but as far as solid information, your documentary is as good as gold.

Well done, sir.

I hope you had a great turn out at your public screening.
