Bloomberg being sued

Posted by David Hardy · 20 November 2007 08:26 AM

Story here. Bob Barr, as attorney for two of the gun dealers Bloomberg sued, counter-sued in local courts for defamation; the courts just denied Bloomberg's motion to dismiss and ordered him to sit for a deposition.

And again, why are the feds not going after Bloomberg, the NYC City Attornies, and the so-called 'investigators' for the strawman sales and conspiracy to violate the NFA, GCA, etc?

In fact, why hasn't the DOJ initiated a RICO suit against Bloomberg, et al (as private individuals, since enforcement of federal law is not the responsibility of the City of New York (else, they'd be rounding up illegals).

Who is this free speech "expert" they interviewed?

"The general view of the law is that we want public officials like the mayor to speak boldly and in the terms that they feel are necessary to expose potential wrongdoing."

Ask the Duke lacrosse players if they agree with this statement.

Bloomberg is going to act sooooo surprised when he gets cut down to size. You mess with people they might mess back!
