Evolution of the 4473 form

Thoughts here on how it went from a one page to a three page form, from "the yellow form" to white paper, etc., etc.

When does the 4473 come up for review under the Paperwork Reduction Act? How is that review publicized? It seems to me that if we were to bury the OMB under a deluge of letters someone might take notice.
