Carolyn McCarthy explains to antigunners why she got into bed with NRA in regard to the recent House bill on mental records and disabilities.

She obviously has staff that can read, write, and reason. The first comment is, in my opinion, exactly 1/2 right: Josh Sugarman is a self-interested hack.

I guess McCarthy considers legislation on "things that go up" to be "common sense".

The only reason Carolyn McCarthy would get into bed with the NRA is to pull a 'Lorena Bobbit'.
The only difference is that Carolyn is content to chip away until she has a chance to lop off.
