Instapundit on Parker & DC gun ban repeal bill
Prof. Glenn Reynolds, at Instapundit, has a discussion of the subject and of Bob Levy's article (posted below).

I don't agree with Professor Reynolds
that a Congressional repeal of the D.C.
Gun Ban.
Gun control has affected the outcome of two
Presidential elections yet what gun bans
have we seen repealed?
One (P.L. 103-322) was allowed to sunset
and that was the extent of any gun control
"rollbacks".

NRA does seem to be SAYING one thing (appeal Parker) while DOING just the opposite (trying to moot Parker). Inquiring minds what to know, why the inconsistency?
