Orlando Sentinel & Puerto Rican crime rates

Puerto Rico has a high crime rate: the Orlando Sentinel says it must be due to Florida's law gun laws.

That does it. We must ban all swimming firearms. There's just no rational reason anyone needs a floatey. The only purpose they serve is to spray large areas killing as many people as possible in the shallowest end of the, er, uh, .... shortest wettest time.

Actually, it makes as much sense as claiming that the crime in Puerto Rico is so bad because of the irresponsible manner in which Florida newspapers abuse the first amendment, and there ought to be some sort of responsibility and forethought exercised.

If only Puerto Rico were and island that could be protected from mainland incursions of lawless objects. Just think, I only Puerto Rico were surrounded by deep blue sea those damn Floridians could flood it with guns. Ohhhhh, if only.....
